How and when will I receive my prize or coupon

Physical Prizes: After winning, tap "Claim" (or "Select Product" if multiple variants are available) to proceed to checkout.

A product voucher and a free shipping voucher will be automatically issued to your Member Center > My Coupons and auto-applied at checkout — just fill in your address and submit your $0 order.

To change the product model/variant, go back to the event page and update your selection in "My Winning Record" — the checkout will reflect your new choice.

Physical prizes will be shipped within 15 business days after you submit your delivery address/order. For any order cancellation or related requests, please contact customer service.

Gift Cards & Coupons: Coupons and Gift Cards will be credited automatically to your account upon winning. Limit one $3 Gift Card per account (the gift card is tied directly to your account and non-transferable).
